iMOVES 2018

The Summer School in FOOD SAFETY, PUBLIC HEALTH AND ANIMAL WELFARE provides an exchange of veterinary students attending the University of Padova.

The partners are: Texas A&M University, Kansas State University, Colorado State University, University of Pennsylvania and University of Sydney.

The project is based on the exchange of expertise not only from the professors of our Ateneo but it has also an important contribution from foreign personalities from famous institutions as University of Vienna, Texas A&M University, Kansas State University, Colorado State University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Sydney, George Washington University and Health and Food Safety Delegation of the EU to the USA.

The current program is split in two years for Italian and American selected students; a Workshop is arranged in Italy while the Clinical Rotation will be organized in the States as follow:

Summer 2018: Workshop in Food Safety and Public Health

Summer 2019: Clinical Rotations.

Thanks to the grant of the University of Padua and the co-financing of the Departments of BCA and MAPS, we are able to carry on the project of exchange IT - USA for Veterinary Medicine students.
